Margaritaville

When the homeowners dubbed this project "Margaritaville," we knew it was going to be fun.
Bright, relaxed, and built for entertaining.
We stayed away from full-on parrots and umbrella drinks, and instead, kept the palette neutral with subtle patterns, and casually elegant furnishings. We also added multiple fireplaces to make the joint feel cozy no matter where you are in the home.
Bringing in exposed beams and wooden cabinetry add extra warmth. Wood accents carry from interior to exterior, where they meet swooping roof lines and a soft white facade.

The home’s luxe, lived-in look is achieved by layering gentle curves and straight lines, rustic textures and metallic finishes, and blacks and navies with whites and light grays.
The kitchen was designed to charm, gather, and enjoy the treasures from the custom wine cabinets. Meanwhile, the basement was built for serious play, complete with golf simulator, workout room, and–of course–a bar. You know, ‘cause, Margaritaville.
